Calmer minds. Clearer focus. Stronger teams.

Holistic corporate wellbeing programmes combing evidence-informed movement, mindfulness and applied psychology.

Our services

Stress and burnout are now among the leading causes of sickness absence in UK workplaces, particularly in knowledge-based roles. Research shows that sustained stress impacts focus, decision-making, engagement, and retention long before it results in formal absence.

At Tada Collective, we support small to medium-sized organisations through practical, live virtual wellbeing programmes. Our weekly sessions combine evidence-informed movement, mindfulness, and applied psychology to help regulate stress, build resilience, and enable people to feel more steady and supported in their working lives.

We create structured space for people to pause, move and reflect in real time, together. Sessions are open to employees across the organisation and designed to fit seamlessly into the workday.

For organisations, this is not about perks. It is about protecting people, capacity and energy over the long term — in ways that are grounded, human and sustainable.
